The 2008 season is finally here and the Springers opened Week 1 with a
victory over the visiting Hopewell Blue Devils of the Central District. Many
predict Hopewell to be an outside contender for the Central Regional
playoffs. This was a big victory for Highland Springs to start the season off
right and to avenge 2 losses to Hopewell last season. The Springers have a
busy week in Week 2 with games Monday at Tucker, Tuesday at Maggie
Walker, and Thursday at John Marshall.
The FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) meets every Friday morning at 8:00 A.M. in
Coach Crittenden's Room. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
